France Delamare

A graduate of ESSEC Business School and passionate about social issues, France joined Sia Partners in 2011 as a Junior Consultant in the HR & Transformation practice after a double diploma in Organisational Management from Mines Paris Tech and Clinical Psychosociology from Paris VII University.

Over the years, France has developed her expertise in all areas of Human Resources and Transformation and founded the Quality of Life at Work Club in 2014. She gradually developed a passion for teaching and took over the management of the Training Institute in 2021. In this context, she supports clients in transformation or Learning & Development projects with an international scope.

She is committed to developing a teaching culture centered around experiential learning, innovation, digital, and gamification.
