Based in the Bay Area, he leads our teams and advises our clients in shaping their vision, strategy, and tactics, and delivers measurable plans and results, with a unique blend of customer love, people focus, scientific mindset, strategy, change management, and delivery experience.
Thomas joined the firm in 2021 as an Associate Partner, with 20+ years of experience in the healthcare and life sciences sector, gained within global management and technology consulting firms. He has worked with industry leaders in the biopharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical technology, and devices and diagnostic industries, in various therapeutic areas, including oncology, women’s health, viral and chronic diseases, as well as digital health.
He has assisted his clients with various engagements within patient support and access, managed care, marketing, and sales efficiencies and operations, innovative product and service launches, sales and operations planning, and supply chain optimization, departmental turnarounds, enabling data-driven teams through modern analytics and a culture of data quality, regulatory and clinical process, operational excellence, post-merger integration, as well as overall functional strategy and advisory for various departments from research to clinical to medical affairs, commercial and general business administration functions.
Thomas has a proven ability to navigate and harness the energies of complex business ecosystems meaningfully and to collaborate with key executives, teams, and boards, to shape global companies' vision, strategy and tactics, and deliver measurable plans and results. He is backed by Silicon Valley, North American, European and top tier consulting experience, an MBA at HEC Paris, and an MS in Biotech, Agronomy and Engineering from Agro Nancy.
Thomas is also a long-standing member of the board of the French American Chamber of Commerce, San Francisco Chapter, the French American Foundation for Medical Research (granting scholarships to students and research scientists in the medical field), as well as the American Diabetes Association and its flagship event, Tour de Cure, with a significant fundraising contribution for 12+ years.
