Job description

Do you thrive on organization, collaboration, and building strong client partnerships? Are you passionate about providing strategic stewardship to clients spanning the full digital ecosystem – across paid and owned channels, from social to video production to web? If so, this role could be a great fit.

We’re looking for an Account Supervisor / Senior Account Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract basis, with the potential to extend or convert to full-time. You’ll support our Group Account Director across multiple accounts, with a key focus on a high-output video and digital content client. In this role, you’ll manage and curate client relationships, help connect strategy to execution, and partner closely with producers, strategists, and creatives to deliver compelling, on-brand work that meets and exceeds client expectations.

You’ll act as a strategic consultant to clients while coordinating internal cross-functional teams. From translating client goals into actionable briefs to managing budgets and deliverables, you’ll help ensure we stay aligned, on track, and driving meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact across a range of clients and projects
  • Own and grow client relationships through proactive communication and high-quality delivery
  • Manage digital and content projects, with a strong focus on video production
  • Coordinate across producers, project managers, and creative teams to align on strategy, timelines, and deliverables
  • Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs and scopes of work
  • Develop meeting agendas, proposals, and recap communications
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and QA to ensure final deliverables meet scope and expectations
  • Support the Group Account Director in developing strategic recommendations and spotting growth opportunities
  • Attend and lead internal and client-facing meetings
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth and assist with new business efforts as needed

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of account experience in a digital or creative agency
  • Proven experience managing projects that include video production as a primary deliverable (not just short-form ads—bonus points for long-form content)
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape across paid, earned, and owned channels
  • Experience navigating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems and keeping projects on track
  • Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor with a collaborative spirit
  • Bachelor's degree required
