Sia Partners expands presence in Belgium with 100 Consultants

Sia Partners has strengthened presence in Belgium by reaching the milestone of 100 consultants. This strategic achievement solidifies the company's position as a major player in the Belgian consulting market, with an impressive 60% growth over the last 2 years.  

In Belgium, Sia Partners offers a wealth of experience and expertise to various industries such as finance, energy, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, life sciences, telecommunications and many more. The 100+ strong team will support the firm's mission to provide high-quality and innovative strategic and operational consulting services to clients in the region. The current operations generate close to €15 million annually.  

The expertise of Sia Partners in Belgium is also recognized on several key transversal components such as sustainability and climate, marketing & customer experience, cybersecurity, culture change & organization.

Sia Partners has been operating in Belgium since 2005, and this expansion marks a significant milestone in the company's growth strategy. The new hires will enable the firm to expand its service offerings and provide even more comprehensive solutions to its clients.

The future development of Sia Partners in Belgium is aligned with the Group’s ambition to double its size within the next 3 years. The local objective will be to hire at least 50 of the most talented individuals at every level of seniority, per year and extend its existing presence further in the current sectors but also open new sectors such as mining/metal industries.  

Sia Partners is also committed to creating a positive impact from its activities with on-site consulting services, together with our established partners toward decarbonization, and by enabling its own financed project of mangrove reforestation, among others. Sia Partners will recreate biodiverse local forests to enable more sustainable local economies in Cameroon. The 1,000-hectare project is a long-standing commitment of 32 years with local authorities and aims at planting a large volume of trees: 250k/year, then 500k/year and finally 1000k/year. Mangroves are the most effective carbon removal ecosystem on the planet and generate stronger habitats for biodiversity.

Sia Partners Belgium is partnering with its neighbor the Netherlands to create a more sizeable Hub with 4 offices:  Antwerp, Brussels, Rotterdam and Amsterdam. The benefits of sharing capabilities across the region are multiple: creating more opportunities for talented people, generating cross-sector activities with different capabilities in the region, offering larger markets for the teams, and fostering innovation by sharing perspectives.  

The size of the BeNe (Belgium-Netherlands) hub will reach 200 consultants in 2023 and develop its new extended capabilities in cybersecurity, life sciences, sustainability, data sciences, strategic sourcing and many others for its customer base.
