From emergent pandemics to climate pressures and global economic volatility, one thing is clear: what got us here won't get us where we need to go. This selection of case studies provides a sample of the scale and breadth of our client work.
We catalysed the design and launch of a de novo drug discovery venture which identified 5 novel drug candidates for dengue fever. Working with a tech player who invented a quantum-inspired breakthrough, we discovered and validated 10+ healthcare applications. After prioritisation, we defined robust commercialisation and GTM strategies, and launched a joint venture.
We led the design and validation of a breakthrough Open Data platform which is in the running for £9.6M in grant funding to move into implementation. We assembled a consortium of 11 (out of 17) UK water companies to answer a deceptively simple question: how might we apply Open Data to the water sector to deliver customer, societal, and environmental impact? Together with our partners, we designed a comprehensive Open Data Framework for the water sector, which we empirically tested through the design and launch of 3 pilot projects.
We identified, designed and commercialised Hoppy, a home management platform proposition which allows consumers to track and reduce their energy use through IoT. We constructed a financial case before designing the product build roadmap, contact channels and the CRM architecture which allowed the the pilot to move from zero to market launch within a few months.
A household-name Irish dairy producer trusted us to help them identify a portfolio lucrative growth opportunities that would safeguard both the company and the planet. We conducted a robust technology audit to identify existing IP which could be monetised in a novel way and shaped their 5 year investment strategy to include lab-grown proteins, waste stream valorisation, and alternative proteins.
