Job description

Location: Approximately 1 week per month in Chicago

Sia is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to support a high-visibility post-merger integration engagement tied to a major acquisition. This role sits at the intersection of technology integration, enterprise transformation, and program governance, helping clients translate integration strategy into structured execution. 

You will operate within the Integration PMO, partnering with senior business and technology leaders to define priorities, establish governance, and drive delivery across complex IT and business transformation initiatives. 

Consulting Delivery 

  • Lead and structure Integration PMO workstreams supporting enterprise IT integration initiatives 
  • Translate acquisition strategy into executable roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans 
  • Drive program governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination 
  • Support the launch and execution of initiatives spanning technology platforms, business processes, and operating models 
  • Facilitate workshops to define requirements, rationalize priorities, and align stakeholders across business and IT 

Business & Technology Expertise 

  • Partner closely with business leaders to validate needs, build business cases, and develop project charters 
  • Bridge technical and business teams to ensure alignment between enterprise architecture and business outcomes 
  • Apply strong PMO methodologies across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments 
  • Provide structured recommendations that balance technology feasibility with business value 

Leadership & Collaboration 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, supporting decision-making during integration planning and execution 
  • Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and communications 
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to Sia’s broader expertise development and delivery excellence 
  • Collaborate with internal leadership to strengthen client relationships and drive engagement success 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Integration PMO, or enterprise transformation delivery 
  • Proven experience supporting post-merger integration, acquisition integration, or large-scale IT transformation initiatives 
  • Strong background in traditional PMO leadership combined with technical program delivery 
  • Experience developing business cases, governance frameworks, and structured program charters 
  • Manufacturing and / or industrial products experience a plus 
  • Consulting or client-facing experience strongly preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, SAFe, etc.) a plus 
  • Willingness to travel approximately one week per month to Chicago

Office Workplace Guidelines  

Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client, business, and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days or more per week. For Consultants outside of our primary markets, we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location.
