Job description

Our values have led us to two decades of global expansion. Our Greater Bay Area team is a key part of that story, supporting many of the biggest names in technology with our expertise in Marketing Strategy. We are looking to meet talented Marketing Strategy Consultants with at least five years of demonstrated client-facing strategy success in several of the following disciplines:

  • Brand
  • Content
  • Partnerships
  • Product / PMM
  • Process / Automation
  • Program / Project Mgmt.
  • Research / Insights
  • Market Analysis
  • Product Development and Strategy
  • Audience Identification and Demographic Planning
  • Communications & CX

Qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help our clients craft rapid, data-driven, and practical strategies to enable marketing to achieve acquisition and revenue goals
  • Take on ambiguous and/or complex challenges, using research, personal experience, business assessment capabilities and customer experience acumen to clearly define problems, identify opportunities, and drive innovation
  • Provide actionable, defensible prioritized recommendations to make a big impact on client needs and goals
  • Create and implement marketing plans across various strategies to achieve client goals
  • Design the customer lifecycle journey and product development
  • Establish, assess or improve marketing channels, processes, and tech stack

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

  • A solid team player with an independent thinker’s mentality
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and able to multitask
  • Flexible and analytical
  • Results-oriented, self-directed, endlessly curious, and entrepreneurial-minded
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Experience in consulting, a start-up, agency or other business leadership environment
