Job description

Our full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) - Contingent Workforce will work closely with our talent acquisition team members and leadership teams in a fast-paced consulting organization. Our firm supports clients with a myriad of different industries and projects. This TAS will support our project-based, contingent recruitment efforts nationally within the following sectors:

  • Financial Services and Banking
  • Capital Markets & Credit
  • Consumer Banking
  • Risk and Regulatory Compliance
  • Project Management (Technical and Business) 
  • Change Management 
  • Marketing & Marketing Services 
  • Data Analytics
  • Data Science

The core functions of this position are broken down into: 

  • Build and maintain contingent workforce pipeline across the states in which we operate 
  • High volume, project-based recruitment 
  • Recruitment process development and management
  • Vendor relations and management (compliance with MSA, BGC screenings, global DEIB policy/Code of Conduct, etc.)

This TAS will be integral in supporting, developing and building a successful contingent workforce pipeline across the US to help fulfill positions that are temporary, niche, subject matter experts, or positions to round out our delivery teams. This TAS will be responsible for the end to end process from opportunity intake from engagement owner to contingent workforce onboarding. 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with company leadership and engagement owners who are driving business development 
  • Partner with talent acquisition to collaborate on recruitment efforts
  • Post job descriptions to the firm’s ATS (SmartRecruiters) and disseminate needs to the firm’s partner agencies if/when necessary 
  • Continuously source candidates to build a pipeline of subject matter experts interested in contingent, project based needs 
  • Foster long-term relationships with both passive and active candidates through effective communication, meaningful outreach and follow-ups
  • Conduct a high volume of interviews, including exploratory conversations, with the purpose of introducing the firm and potential short-term work with Sia Partners
  • Continuously follow up with candidates throughout and after the talent acquisition process
  • Track and tag candidates for future opportunities
  • Evaluate third party vendors, building successful, long-lasting business partnerships
  • Continuously develop a deeper knowledge of the consulting industry and the topics of the firm
  • Contribute to the Talent Acquisition team’s broader knowledge of the market, sharing and disseminating market knowledge 
  • Identify new ways for continuous improvement within the contingent recruitment field 
  • Research new agencies that align with the firm’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging and subject matter expertise needs 
  • Special projects that contribute to the team’s success and the firm’s broader culture 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1 (one) or more years of talent acquisition experience within a staffing agency, RPO, or temporary employment agency environment 
  • Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and effectively communicate needs
  • Superb attention to detail and organizational skills  
  • Strong oral and written communication 
  • Ability to work in a quickly changing environment  
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and frequently changing focus  
  • Team oriented and collaborative with the ability to flex in support of the timelines, deliverables of team members  
  • Have expertise with Microsoft Office skills especially Outlook and Word  
  • Experience with Google preferable

Hybrid Workplace Guidelines

Sia Partners maintains its hybrid workplace arrangements and provides a flexible workplace environment that is driven by client and business/market needs. While our firm does support hybrid work, there are times that we may require our consultants to work onsite at one of our Sia offices or a client office full-time. Consultants are expected to have the ability to be flexible with work location depending upon business needs. When in-between client engagements, Consultants typically work onsite at a local Sia office 2+ times per week.
