Job description

As Senior Leadership within the Transformation and Change or Digital Transformation team, you will:

  • Utilize your network within the Philadelphia Market area to leverage for business development
  • Deliver on a range of client assignments, usually as part of an on-site project team (some travel may be required)
  • Develop Business Unit, senior stakeholder and senior level presentations for stakeholders
  • Manage portfolio of work from small to large projects, developing and maintaining trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Manage current client relationships and develop a plan to increase revenue
  • Increase the client platform in the Market Area by bringing in new business to the Market
  • Assist in developing thought leadership and building solutions and methods
  • Develop exceptional trusted advisor relationships with our clients
  • Identify opportunities for new business and support bid teams with proposals
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality technical offerings
  • Support the Sia practice and our people development
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the junior team
  • Lead internal corporate initiatives
  • Identify emerging opportunities and work with Sia Leadership to address them
  • Manage team of resources deliver high-quality work products
  • Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 9+ years’ of client facing consulting experience
  • Reporting and dashboard creation
  • Previous contributions to business program management engagements with successful outcomes in complex organizations
  • Experience and knowledge of project management principles and methodologies including Agile/Scrum
  • Expert in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedicated work ethic
  • Experience consulting with Microsoft preferred
