Sophie joined Sia in 2020, following a career across several consulting and industry roles. She graduated from Virginia Tech (M.Sc in Human Factors Engineering, 1994) and ENSIMAG (M.Eng in Computer Science, 1992).
She has developed expertise in finance, tech, public sector, and energy, as well as cross-sectorial experience in experience design, service design, and digital transformation.
Over the course of her career, she has led numerous hackathons and design sprints, service design programs, and customer journey redesigns, achieving greater alignment between user needs and service delivery models through human-centered strategies and design thinking methodologies.
Today, Sophie is based in Montreal, QC, focusing on UX design, service innovation, and collective intelligence.
