Raphael Gourevitch

Raphael joined Sia in 2017, after starting his career at Accenture Strategy, where he worked from 2014 to 2017. He graduated from ESSEC Business School in 2014.

He has developed an extensive cross-sector experience in customer experience, CRM, commercial excellence, and contact center optimization.

Over the course of his career, he has led over 40 international transformation projects, achieving up to 30% reductions in marketing costs, 15% improvements in sales productivity, and multi-million-euro annual savings in customer operations.  

His expertise covers the entire customer engagement value chain, from defining omnichannel strategies, customer journeys, and customer-centric operating models to designing and implementing customer data and AI-driven initiatives.

Raphael also leads the deployment of commercial best practices and AI-enabled platforms across multiple markets, focusing on CRM, Voice of Customer, CCaaS, and Workforce Management. 

He holds multiple certifications in project management and digital solutions: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe Agile PO-PM, Salesforce & AI, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and HubSpot.
