Most of his work is related to the change agenda of banks: what is the impact of new developments (e.g. technological, changing client behaviour or regulation), how to convert the vision and objectives into a strategic roadmap, and how to execute the strategic roadmap leading to a successful implementation. Thanks to his broad experience he understands the impact of changes for the entire bank and its environment.
His style can be characterized as result oriented and pragmatic without losing sight of coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
