He has worked with Fortune-ranked companies, Canada’s Top 100 employers, and major government institutions.
Maurice helps clients align people strategies with business performance by combining deep expertise in HR and business transformation, talent management, workforce planning, governance, and organizational design. He has led strategic HR programs developments, AI and analytics-based workforce solutions, and large-scale organizational transformations. He has also delivered EDI strategies and digital change initiatives that improved employee experience, operational efficiency, and organizational alignment.

Maurice holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Telfer School of Management (University of Ottawa) and a Certificate in Industrial Relations from Université Laval. He is a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE, HRPA Ontario) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP, U.S.), with additional credentials in People Analytics (SHRM) and Lean Six Sigma. He previously served as Chair and Board Member for several cultural and professional organizations, namely the HRPA northeast council, contributing to the advancement of the HR profession in Canada.
