Maurice Le Maire

Maurice joined Sia in 2022, following a career across several consulting and leadership roles. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa in 2016.  

He has developed expertise in business transformation and human resources management, as well as cross-sectorial experience in strategic workforce planning, organizational design, HR analytics, and change management. 

Over the course of his career, he has led HR transformation programs, strategic workforce and competency planning for major energy and public institutions, and digital change initiatives across Canada, achieving operational alignment and improved employee experience through data-driven governance models and strategic HR planning. He has also delivered AI/NLP-based solutions for employee insights and overseen large-scale systems implementations and EDI strategies in the public and non-profit sectors. 

Today, Maurice is based in Ontario and Québec, focusing on HR strategy, talent management, governance frameworks, and change management initiatives, both nationally and internationally. 

He holds certifications in People Analytics (Specialty Credential, Society of Human Resources Management, 2020 ), Industrial Relations (Laval University, 2005), and Lean Six Sigma(White Belt Certification, Management and Strategy Institute, 2020). He is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, and has authored several strategic HR initiatives, with a focus on transformation, inclusion, and value creation in the public and nonprofit sectors. He also serves as Chair of the Board for several cultural and professional organizations, including the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario – Northeast Council.
