Greg is located in Charlotte, NC, and has spent the last 15+ years advising and consulting to executive level leaders across Fortune 500 financial services and fintech companies. He graduated from Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University.
He specializes in relationship management as well as supporting revenue-generating and customer-facing personnel, partnering with front-office COO and business management teams to drive complex transitions, including mergers and divestitures, legal entity rationalization, regulatory and compliance initiatives, target operating model design and implementation, process excellence, and change management. He has also led many cross-border, multi-jurisdictional transformation initiatives, with deep familiarity with global, matrixed organizations.
