Grayson Blair joined Sia with the U.S. acquisition of Summus Group in 2021.
He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a double-major in Political Science and Psychology and membership in Phi Beta Kappa. Over the last 27 years, Grayson has worked for top financial and consulting firms like Deutsche Bank and Accenture and served as a shareholder at NTT DATA and Capco holding executive leadership roles at both companies.
Grayson helps Fortune 500 clients develop new strategies and tactics to increase revenue, rationalize costs, improve servicing, and optimize technology investments. He has developed deep expertise in the banking sector, having led multiple bank merger-integrations, implemented operational excellence programs, led rebranding efforts at multiple companies, and launched new digital products and services for top U.S. banks and retirement services companies. Grayson has a deep understanding of information management, business analytics, digital products, organizational performance, and change journey management.
Currently, Grayson leads Sia’s U.S. business unit dedicated to Data and AI, one of the fastest growing service lines at the firm. Clients count on Grayson and the Sia AI team to help plan, design and implement responsible AI solutions leveraging a variety of data platforms, technology modalities, 3rd-party partners and adoption techniques.
