Grayson Blair

Grayson joined Sia in 2021 with the U.S. acquisition of Summus Group, following a 27-year career across financial services and consulting. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a double major in Political Science and Psychology and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

He has developed expertise in the banking sector, as well as cross-sector experience in digital transformation, operational excellence, and organizational performance.

Over the course of his career, Grayson has led multiple bank merger integrations, operational excellence programs, rebranding initiatives, and the launch of new digital products and services for Fortune 500 banks and retirement services companies, achieving improved revenue, optimized costs, and enhanced customer experiences through data-driven strategies and digital solutions.

Today, Grayson is based in the United States, focusing on Data and AI, planning and implementing responsible AI solutions, leveraging diverse data platforms, technology modalities, third-party partners, and adoption strategies to support clients’ business transformation journeys.
