Anatole has been working at Sia Partners from the company's very first steps in 2000, after graduating from his Engineering school in Telecommunication, with a MSc in information engineering and a MSc in people management.
Anatole is in charge of the emerging technology lab at Sia Partners. The lab has developed significant Robots, Proof of Concepts and large scale applications for our clients in various fields such as IoT, Datascience, RPA, Blockchain and other emerging technologies. These concrete achievements illustrate what we call consulting 4.0.
As a result of significant project management experience in leading financial institutions (HSBC, BNP Paribas, Société Générale, BPCE, Natixis, La Banque Postale…), Anatole is renowned throughout the industry for his ability to define strategic plans, lead large scale projects and his capacity to transform organizations while promoting staff involvement.
In Human Resources, Anatole specializes in assisting large scale transformation programs from the C-level (management policy, training, workshops, executive committee preparation, etc). He cares about social aspects (trade union relationships, downsizing, implementing new organizational schemes).
He was also involved in several HR projects such as HR efficiency, Career Management, Training institute set up and optimization, and HRIS projects (blue print, architecture...).
