With continued international growth, Sia Partners plans to recruit 1,000 people worldwide, in various positions, between now and 2023.
At the close of the 2021-22 fiscal year, we grew from 1,800 people to 2,600 and saw a +36% growth in revenue.
Over the last 12 months, we've worked with our collaborators to define the next stage of our Next-Gen Operating Model. This saw the separation of operations, client coverage and IP production and the adoption of a Hub & Spoke model to accommodate new ways of working.
We opened three new offices in France and added locations in Calgary, Canada, in Atlanta and Philadelphia, US, and, this year, in Perth, Australia.
Earlier this year, we launched a new brand, SiaXperience, which combines our digital marketing agency, our design thinking agency, nod-A, and our Marketing & Customer Experience expertise. We expanded our Data Science offering thanks to the acquisition of Stratumn, which develops solutions, using cryptography and blockchain technology, to make critical processes more reliable, simple, and efficient for businesses.
We could not have achieved such phenomenal results without all of the talented people at Sia Partners. Which is why, in line with our continuous growth, we are recruiting 1,000 new talents across all locations in various roles through 2023.
