Job description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support us in expanding our business in Singapore, due to the rapid growth.

Talent Acquisition Manager (Contract) - Singapore

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will assume responsibility for, although not limited to, the following activities:

End-to-end Recruitment Management

• Identifying recruitment and hiring needs by working closely with Partner and Working Group (WG) leads in Singapore and Hong Kong.

• Identify and source for candidates internally or by leveraging on employee referral schemes

• Manage external recruiting sources, vendor agreements, needs assessments, candidate submission, and invoice processing.

• Conduct initial video call interviews, shortlisting, and coordinating subsequent interviews in Singapore.

• Ensure a high level of performance and manage requisitions for both permanent and contract positions, meeting planned strategy in a timely manner with quality hires.

• Represent the company in career fairs and industry events as needed to promote and increase employer brand awareness

• Working closely with the global support team, ensuring that Talent Acquisition policies, processes and activities is compliant and aligned with regulations.

• Contract negotiation and management; provide advice and support to both the business and new hires on compensation & benefits.

HR & Administration

• Provide a smooth onboarding for new joiners, conducting induction programs, and managing company inventories.

• Initiating EP application/cancellation for new joiners and leavers

• Pursues innovative opportunities to refine and improve processes, interview skills, identifying strategies, potential trends/issues, and have critical conversations on sourcing strategies, market trends, and compensation issues.

• Updating internal organization skills matrix to leverage on Company’s internal talent pool.

• Coordinate monthly appraisals for Singapore office, working closely with Operations team to ensure timely record submissions.

• Working closely with Paris HQ on global mobility programs

• Keeping a close record of SOW, MSA, contracts.

• Conduct exit interviews for leavers, supporting a smooth handover for both the business and employee.

• Managing training & development schemes and programs, working closely with business units for content management

• Conducting regular compensation & benefits benchmarking

Office Management

Attending to all office-related matters, including but not limited to:

• Managing relationships with vendors and ensuring sufficient supply and stock for stationaries, toner, pantry supplies etc.

• Ensuring timely payment of invoices and submissions to the operations team

• Ordering of business cards, laptops, phones and negotiate contract renewals with suppliers.

• Organize team events and meetings for the Singapore team.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment management, ideally have worked with both an agency and gained significant in-house experience.

• Ideally 1 year experience working on roles within management consulting and/or banking & financial services.

• Strong communication skills, ability to present well and manage relationships with internal stakeholders/senior management team.

• Excellent organization skills, ability to work well under pressure and multi-task with changing priorities

• Leadership skills; able to work independently and deal with ambiguity. Ability to take proactive decisions by working closely with the Singapore Partner and senior management team.
