Job description

In a Marketing Project Manager engagement, you will likely focus on some of the following areas:

  • Own the full work plan, accountability for campaign work streams, and keep the project on track; including managing project status meetings, tracking, and reporting on action items 
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Marcom, Sales, and Support
  • Develop schedules, key milestones, and action items to be socialized and used for internal teams and external agency partners
  • Help design and implement marketing programs and metrics that support key organizational goals
  • Support performance targets, measure impact and derive actionable insights for scale
  • Communicate program status and performance to key stakeholders and leadership through regular updates and business reviews
  • Manage to key operational milestones including semi-annual planning cycles, goal setting,and launches
  • Support budget, campaign performance,and headcount tracking
  • Champion agile mindset of experimentation and continuous improvement
  • Evangelize functional, industry, and company-specific marketing best practices, guidelines,and processes
  • Develop/write executive communications and messaging (e.g. newsletters, presentations, executive emails) 
  • Contribute to marketing content creation in close collaboration with clients and agency stakeholders

Qualifications

To be successful in the role we expect the candidate to have

  • A third level degree in a business, marketing.
  • Have a minimum of 2 -5  years of relevant experience in a client-facing consulting role
  • Pay attention to details, are disciplined, and achieve the highest quality delivery
  • Are experts at adapting to new situations and ever-changing work environments
  • Are committed to providing outstanding customer service to our clients
  • Enjoy coming up with creative solutions for all levels of problems
  • Are team players who enjoy collaborating with and helping others
  • Have exceptional written, verbal and listening communication skills
  • Have the ability to work with all levels of clients, up to Director/C-suite
  • Experience in Fortune 500 and/or technology organizations
  • Have expertise with Microsoft Office skills especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficient with Project Management frameworks and methodologies
  • Earned excellent recent client references
  • Earning CAPM, PMP and/or Six Sigma certifications is strongly preferred
  • Online or consumer-related experience preferred
