Job description

Our values have led us to two decades of global expansion. Sia Partners is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Manager to work with the head of the US Cyber Practice to build and develop the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy practice. You will have the opportunity to help go-to-market and deliver on Sia’s Cybersecurity “Global Storefront” encompassing: strategy, risk management, compliance, operations, resilience and training. As a member of the practice, you will be based in the New York metropolitan area and work with some of the largest financial institutions and companies in the US.


  • Guide major projects and manage relationships with flagship and key accounts 
  • Summarize and present findings to project managers and clients
  • Collaborate with engagement team to deliver high-quality work products
  • Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges
  • Lead business development and proposal efforts
  • Manage team of resources to ensure deliverables are provided on time
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team
  • Senior Manager or Manager will be expected to advance sales efforts and lead internal corporate initiatives


  • Bachelor’s Degree in either: information technology, computer science, engineering or mathematics
  • 5+ years of management consulting experience working in IT risk or cybersecurity
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity as well as any of the following areas: BCP/DR, privacy, cloud migration, vendor risk
  • Ability to manage client relationships and networks, present to senior audiences, and work day-to-day with senior and mid-level clients
  • Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated leadership experience at the manager level
  • As a Manager, you will be expected to have business development experience and will be responsible for driving sales efforts and guiding internal corporate initiatives
  • CISSP, CRISC, CISM or CEH preferred or willingness to sit one of these exams within your first year of joining the team
