Job description

As a Business CRM Strategy Manager you will be a full contributor to the team and apply creativity and intelligence to solve digital CRM transformation issues for our clients. You are responsible for managing and expanding the team, motivating and coaching the consultants to become the best version of themselves. 

Your activities include:

  • Support clients in defining a CRM vision and roadmap, guiding them as an advisor through project implementation and/or be the point of contact for all CRM innovations
  • Act as a subject matter expert in your preferred industry and support project teams in understanding the customer journeys, businesses’ needs and processes and identifying the areas of improvements across the areas of customer, sales, marketing, service and data.
  • Follow-up on the latest developments in your preferred industry (trends, processes, technology)
  • Gather business requirements and translate into workable CRM solution specifications
  • Grow and maintain relationships with different stakeholders from the Marketing, Sales, Services and IT departments at our clients;

Furthermore you will get the opportunity to actively contribute to Sia Partners’ internal activities.

  • Development and reinforcement of our offer, by understanding and interpreting CRM (Customer, Marketing, Sales, Service & Data) innovations and challenges
  • Working closely with our other offices and leveraging our global network to take part in cross-selling initiatives and widely share our knowledge.
  • With the use of your network and experience, you will also generate and explore new business opportunities. Creating proposals and tracking the latest developments across the industry is included in this role.

Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed your Master’s Degree.
  • 5 to 8 years’ experience in a strategic/business analysis/product owner role during multiple CRM projects (discovery, assessments, implementations & improvements)
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools (certifications are a plus).
  • Experience in service design methodologies (persona, customer journey, service blueprints) and translating into technical solutions
  • Knowledge of Agile and experience to act as Scrum Master is a key advantage
  • Trilingual: Dutch, French and English
  • You have a creative and analytical mind, can explore options and synthesize these into conclusions. 
  • You are dynamic, result-oriented combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and you are a team player
