The Account Manager supports and works closely with Relationship- and Account Directors to help ensure on time, on budget, high-quality traditional and digital projects for our Fortune 500 client accounts and projects, always focusing on client satisfaction.

— Ability to work in Macintosh OS-X operating system environment
Responsibilities:
— Support the development and maintenance of client relationships and projects; support a same-day turnaround to client requests
— Develop overall project timelines and maintain regular status reports for distribution to clients and team for projects
— Flag requests that may be out of scope and require a change order and discuss best approach with Head of Client Services
— Proof all work – traditional and digital – before releasing it to the client
— Help to schedule and facilitate the flow of information in all project phases, ensuring that milestones such as client approvals and Addison proposal objectives are met and recorded
— Facilitate the preparation of project meetings and conference calls with agendas, client-facing recaps, conference rooms, meals, transportation, travel and accommodations, follow up within 24 hours with project meeting notes and clear and concise next steps
— Help to facilitate team planning to ensure that interdisciplinary team members share appropriate information and tools
— Keep senior project leads informed of project status, needs and potential scope creep
— Traffic multiple jobs through design, proofreading, quality assurance, production and delivery and provide a final review of all work you manage prior to release
— Help to facilitate client-side billing
— Schedule and participate in project debriefs and lessons learned
— Assist in content development of proposals for new business requests, as appropriate
— A college degree
— 2-4 years’ experience in a project management, deadline-driven environment
— A professional demeanor
— Client services experience a plus
— Proven ability to work with a diverse group of demanding team members

SALARY RANGE: $70,000 - $80,000
BENEFITS: New hires are eligible for benefits on their first day of employment and 401(k) enrollment is available following 6 months of employment. Addison/SiaX offers United Healthcare Choice Plus plans that includes a dental/vision plan. Life insurance, disability coverage and tax-saving accounts (FSA, HSA) are also available as voluntary policies. PTO starts at 12 days annually plus 2 Summer Fridays and increases by 1 day per year to a max of 17 days.
