Sara joined Sia Partners in 2009, after a previous experience as a researcher in strategy innovation at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice and consultant in Accenture Management Consulting. During her career, she advised clients on payments, process-re-engineering and Customer Journey design, as well as on organizational and HR aspects with a deep perspective on innovation, digitization and transformation. After an international experience across Europe, she promoted the creation of the competence centre on Payments and Digital channels in Italy, before being appointed as Payments Team Leader globally.
She holds an MS in Economics and Finance, and she is PMP certified.
