Pascale Nguyen

Pascale joined Sia in 2023, following a career across multiple consulting and industry roles. She completed a bachelor's degree in business administration at Concordia University.  

She has developed expertise in regulatory compliance, corporate finance, and business transformation, with experience supporting entrepreneurs and financial institutions in strategic planning and organizational restructuring. 

Over the course of her career, she has served in leadership roles at Capgemini Invent and contributed to regulatory governance through committee roles at the Chambre de la sécurité financière. 

Today, she is an Operating Partner at Sia, focusing on strategy, transformation, and governance for clients across Canada. 

She holds certification in the following tools and areas: Transformation Coaching Certificate – ACT in International (in process) (2025), Financial Planning Certificate (in process) (2025), Certificate in Investment Dealer Compliance - Canadian Securities Institute (2021), Chief Compliance Officers Qualifying Examination - Canadian Securities Institute (2021), Partners, Directors and Senior Officers Course - Canadian Securities Institute (2021), Branch Managers Course - Canadian Securities Institute (2020), Canadian Securities Course – Canadian Securities Institute (2020), Conduct and Practice Handbook Course – Canadian Securities Institute (2020), CAPM – PMI (2021), CSPO – ScrumAlliance (2021), CSM – ScrumAlliance (2021), Mutual Funds Course – IFIC (2011), Insurance of persons license permit 184609 - AMF (2009). 

She is a founding board member of FOWES, an organisation dedicated to the empowerment and professional, entrepreneurial and personal development of women, promoting education, mentoring and diversity as levers for growth. She is also a member of the Chambre de l'assurance du Québec.
