Pascal Hache

Pascal joined Sia in 2011, after graduating from ESCP Europe with a Master in Management (2010).

He has developed expertise in human resources and organizational transformation, as well as cross-sectorial experience in strategic workforce planning, skills and jobs transformation, and operational performance.

Over the course of his career, Pascal has led the deployment of a global job evaluation framework for a multinational energy company, impacting over 60,000 employees across 130 countries. He has also managed more than 20 strategic workforce planning (SWP) engagements across industries, positioning Sia as a reference player in this field. In addition, he plays a leading role in expanding the firm’s capabilities in business model transformation, including target operating model design, performance optimization, and post-merger integration (PMI)—both in France and internationally.

Today, Pascal is based in Paris, where he focuses on jobs and skills evolution, large-scale HR transformation programs, and business transformation strategy.
