Paolo De Caro

Paolo joined Sia in 2023, following several consulting and corporate roles. 

Over the course of his career, he has led large-scale HR and transformation initiatives across global organisations, achieving increased adaptability and innovation in workforce strategy through behavioural science and digital enablement.  

Today, Paolo is based in Milan, focusing on accompanying leaders in the evolution towards adaptive and AI-powered work models, integrating purpose, human capital and technologies.
