Orchidée joined Sia in 2011, after graduating from EMLYON Business School with an MS in Management, majoring in Finance and Strategy.
She has developed expertise in the banking sector—including retail, development, investment, and corporate banking—as well as cross-sectorial experience in finance transformation, risk management, and operations.
Over the course of her career, she has led numerous complex transformation programs within finance and risk departments, including front-to-back process reengineering, regulatory compliance initiatives (Basel II & III, CRD V, ESG risk), and major system implementations. Her work spans both technical and operational project management and large-scale program coordination, with a proven ability to align business and IT teams in high-stakes environments. She has also led strategic RFI/RFP/POC processes and supported clients on key topics like cash management, ALM, liquidity risk, and intraday liquidity forecasting.
Today, Orchidée is based in Paris, focusing on finance transformation, regulatory risk, liquidity and ALM strategy, and performance management within major financial institutions.
She holds recognized expertise in the following areas and tools: risk and performance management, regulatory reporting (COREP, ESG), finance systems (Moody’s, QRM, Sungard), and ERP implementation.
