Niccolò Giardini

Niccolò joined Sia in 2010, after graduating from ESCP (Master Grande École, major in Finance). He also holds degrees from City University of London (MSc in Management) and Università degli Studi di Torino (Business Administration). 

He has developed expertise in financial services, with a strong focus on retail banking and specialized financial services such as leasing and factoring, as well as cross-sectorial experience in operational efficiency, product launch strategy, and digital transformation. 

Over the course of his career, he has led transformation programs and new product initiatives for retail and specialized banks, achieving process streamlining and customer-centric innovation through banking process digitalization and targeted solutions for SME and professional client segments. He also plays a leading role in shaping Sia’s service offering for specialized financial services players. 

Today, Niccolò is based in Paris, and works actively across France and Italy, focusing on operational transformation, digital banking processes, and the SME and professional customer segments.
