Maxime joined Sia in 2015, after holding several positions in consulting and industry. He holds a Master's degree in Management from EM Lyon Business School and specialized in Industrial Environment at the Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne.
He has developed expertise in supporting business transformations, as well as cross-sector experience, mainly in the energy, transport and manufacturing industries.
Over the course of his career, he has supported digital transformations, including IT master plans, software selection assistance, and ERP and CRM deployment, helping to improve operational efficiency and digital maturity. He has also supported human transformations, including target organization definition, change management, workforce planning, and training.
Maxime is based in Lyon and works extensively with students in the region, particularly at EM Lyon Business School and Grenoble Ecole de Management.
