Marc Victory

Marc joined Sia in 2019, after starting his career at a major investment bank, where he held a front-office equity role for 10 years. He graduated from HEC Paris with a major in Finance in 2008, and later earned a degree in Mathematical Theory from Université de Franche-Comté in 2019. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). 

He has developed expertise in banking, asset management, and compliance, as well as cross-sectorial experience in regulatory transformation, ESG strategy, risk management and artificial intelligence. 

Over the course of his career, he has led major regulatory programs in the financial sector, achieving regulatory alignment and operational risk mitigation through compliance and risk management projects, ESG roadmap development, and AI Act readiness frameworks. He also contributes to internal initiatives at Sia on the intersection of AI, ESG, and financial regulations. 

Today, Marc is based in Paris, focusing on regulatory compliance, AI regulation, and sustainable finance initiatives.
