Marc Landré

Marc joined Sia in January 2023, after a 25-year career in media and economic and social journalism. He was previously Editor-in-Chief of the Economics Department at Le Figaro and has worked for publications including Le Point, Liaisons Sociales Magazine, and L’Expansion. He holds a degree in Economics.

He has developed expertise in human resources and organizational transformation, as well as cross-sector experience in management, post-Covid work organization, employer branding, and talent development.

Over the course of his career, he has conducted numerous interviews with business leaders and supported executive teams in coaching COMEX members and high-potential employees, helping improve engagement, motivation, and overall performance.

Today, Marc is based in France and focuses on management and organizational consulting, employee well-being, absenteeism, staff motivation, and work-life balance.

He holds certifications in executive coaching and leadership development and is an active member of several professional networks, contributing to initiatives and discussions on HR practices and organizational transformation.
