Kimberly joined Sia in 2019, following a career across scientific research and complex program management roles in the life sciences sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with an emphasis in Cell and Molecular Biology, from Randolph-Macon College (2001).
She has developed expertise in the life sciences sector, as well as cross-sectorial experience in program management, product development, and translational research leadership.
Over the course of her career, she has led highly complex research programs, managing initiatives focused on assay development, diagnostic testing, nonclinical toxicology, and therapeutic product development, notably in the areas of filovirus vaccines and influenza surveillance. She previously served as a Research Technologist at Johns Hopkins University, contributing to five peer-reviewed publications, and as a Research Scientist and Project Manager at Battelle, where she managed multiple government-funded life science programs.
Today, Kimberly is based in the United States, leading the Life Science PMO within Sia’s subsidiary LBG, where she focuses on ensuring best practices in program management across life science product development projects.
