Kathy Penchuk

Kathy joined Sia from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where she led multiple reviews to assess safety, soundness, and risk management at the largest and most complex financial institutions deemed to pose greatest risk to US financial stability. She supervised banks under strict regulatory remediation programs to assess issue remediation, regulatory compliance, operating models, and risk management frameworks.  

While at the Fed, she also led a team in enhancing cybersecurity practices, with a focus on entitlements, identity access management, data management, and security. Prior to the Fed, Kathy was a delivery project manager at IBM, with a focus on financial and banking clients. She is a graduate of Smith College, Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and the Wharton School. Kathy has the CISSP, CCSP, CISA, PMP, and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
