Justine Destobbeleire

Justine joined Sia in 2018, after starting her career at Accenture, where she worked from 2013 to 2018 as a digital and emerging technologies consultant. She graduated from École des Mines de Saint Étienne and Emlyon Business School.  

She has developed expertise in the financial services sector, as well as cross-sectorial experience in blockchain strategy, digital assets, and artificial intelligence. 

Over the course of her career, Justine has driven key initiatives at the intersection of finance and technology. She has supported clients in defining and executing digital assets strategies, contributed to Web3 innovation roadmaps, and led engagements on AI adoption in financial institutions. She regularly shares her expertise at industry events such as the Web3 Hackathon World League and the AI Action Summit, and is recognized for her thought leadership on AI x Web3 convergence. 

Today, Justine is based in Paris, focusing on emerging technologies strategy, blockchain integration, and innovation consulting for leading players in the finance and fintech ecosystem.
