Jamin Hirte

Jamin is a seasoned executive and strategic advisor with more than two decades of experience leading complex transformations across sectors including financial services, healthcare, transport, hospitality, and technology. His career has been defined by a rare ability to drive enterprise-level outcomes through practical strategy, agile leadership, and deep operational expertise.

Jamin has held senior executive roles with iconic organisations such as RAC WA, Chorus Australia, and Activ Foundation—where he recently led a $500m merger, stabilising the largest disability service provider in Western Australia. He is also Co-CEO and Chairman of Proud Mary Coffee, a globally renowned specialty coffee brand.

His experience spans leading P&L accountability of $100M+, directing teams of 500+, and architecting agile enterprise change programs that strengthen customer experience and deliver measurable results. Jamin’s cross-sector credentials enable him to thrive in complexity—whether it's transforming service models, scaling customer-centric operations, or digitising legacy systems.

He holds an Executive MBA from UWA, completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, and is a trusted figure in boardrooms and executive teams alike. At his core, Jamin builds belief—in people, in systems, and in better ways of doing business.
