After an initial seven-year career working mainly with various players in the energy and industrial sectors (RTE, SITA and OSIS within the Suez Group, EDF, Krys) and the banking sector on digital transformation support issues, Geoffroy joined Sia in 2020 at the Paris office within the Energy BU as an engagement manager, where he contributes to developing the firm's offerings for the production sector
He then joined the TEC BU, where he now supports the firm's development in the transformation of IT departments in the industrial and energy sectors: introduction and scaling of technological enablers (IoT, data, AI/IAG), IT department performance and IT department transformation driven by these two fields (particularly organization and TOM, roadmap, processes, skills).
