François Dupeyroux

François has over a decade of experience in advising leading energy and resources companies on business transformation across Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. He currently leads the energy and utilities team in Australia.

With deep expertise in strategic planning, operating model and organisation design, and performance optimisation in the energy and resources sector, François has helped his clients deliver complex transformation programs that have unlocked sustainable value. His experience also includes working in-house at Covalent Lithium, where he led business process and operating model optimisation initiatives.

François holds a master’s degree in public administration with a specialisation in the energy industries from SciencesPo Paris, as well as a MSc in project management from HEC Paris. He has also completed executive leadership training at INSEAD, equipping him with the skills to guide organisations through transformative change.
