What is it ?
This bot was developed during the COVID19 crisis when employees had to work from home, which caused risks for managers of losing touch with their team mood/motivation status.
The objective of this bot is to periodically collects data on the global state of mind of a company/team through a simple web form sent to all employees/team members.
It enables managers to follow their team mood trends.
The form is filled out anonymously to get the most accurate global mood reflection.
How does it function ?
After having filled your email address, you can submit the questions you are willing to ask in the survey, then the list of all recipients. At this point, the survey is created and can be sent out.
Each recipient receives the survey by email, through which they can enter their mood. They also have the opportunity to unsubscribe from it. More recipients can be added along the way.
A dashboard page is thus avelable, displaying the results coming in from the mood of each participants.
