GenAI Ideation & Roadmap

Leveraging our expertise, we design and implement robust GenAI roadmaps that align with business objectives, ensuring a strategic and phased integration of advanced data technologies.

Approach

Through our detailed approach to GenAI Ideation and Roadmap development, we empower organizations to identify, prioritize, and implement impactful generative AI initiatives that drive innovation and create value across the company. Our expertise in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and roadmap development ensures that GenAI initiatives are aligned with business objectives and supported by robust governance and implementation strategies.

Assessment and Analysis

We begin by interviewing key stakeholders in the Data Office to comprehensively assess the current Data Governance and Architecture. This involves mapping the data ecosystem, including the data warehouse, data lake, and other relevant components, while also analyzing existing AI use cases. Through this process, we gain valuable insights into the existing data infrastructure and identify opportunities for integrating generative AI solutions effectively.

Stakeholder Workshops

Our approach involves organizing workshops with stakeholders and key players from strategic Business Units. These workshops serve as collaborative forums where participants can brainstorm and ideate potential GenAI use cases. By fostering an environment of open discussion and creativity, we aim to generate innovative ideas that align with organizational goals and address specific business challenges or opportunities.

Prioritization and Selection

Following the ideation phase, we prioritize ideas based on criteria such as feasibility, impact, and alignment with business objectives. Through a rigorous evaluation process, we select 5 to 10 use cases that show promise for further exploration and in-depth study. This selection process ensures that the chosen use cases are aligned with organizational priorities and have the potential to deliver significant value.

Phasing and Roadmap Development

Once the use cases are selected, we move on to developing a comprehensive roadmap for GenAI implementation. This involves drafting fact sheets for the chosen use cases and providing a value rating and feasibility rating to help comparison and decision-making. We then conduct meetings with the CIO team to assess the availability and quality of data underlying each use case. Validated and prioritized use cases are then structured into the GenAI roadmap, outlining timelines, resource requirements, and a governance framework for implementation and oversight.

Use cases

Our expertise in GenAI Ideation and Roadmap was instrumental in defining a comprehensive roadmap for an Energy player. We began by conducting a thorough analysis of the existing GenAI system and the company's GenAI maturity level. Through interviews with strategic project managers and regional management, we gained valuable insights into organizational priorities and challenges. Leveraging our sectorial experts, we facilitated ideation workshops to brainstorm innovative GenAI use cases tailored to the company's needs. Subsequently, we developed a GenAI Roadmap that prioritized use cases and defined the operational model, enabling the Energy player to strategically leverage GenAI technologies for operational excellence and competitive advantage.

We established an AI strategy aligned with the Publisher's business objectives, identifying key areas for GenAI implementation. Through streamlining the ideation process and developing prioritization criteria tailored to the Publisher's needs, we ensured alignment between GenAI initiatives and business goals. By applying these criteria to rank contributions from each business unit, we identified the most pertinent initiatives with the highest potential for impact.
