Job description

This role is responsible for end-to-end website project and team management from conception to execution and evaluation. The ideal candidate is a great manager of teams and agencies, is creatively minded, an experienced storyteller, organized, prioritizes attention to detail, thrives in a deadline-driven environment, and must have a demonstrated ability of working with a global digital team to create daily editorial content across various platforms for an international audience. 

Additionally, this individual should have experience with strong project management, digital presence(s) online, multi-org processes development, excellent cross-departmental communication skills, and the ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy. 

Qualifications

  • Establishes Web project scope by studying strategic business drivers; discovering and validating business and technical requirements and parameters; obtaining input from subject-matter experts; examining and recommending changes to current business practices; developing and writing proposals. 
  • Identify, manage and resolve dependencies, issues, and risks between different projects and workstreams 
  • Manage the website team and help team members to prioritize and focus on what matters most 
  • Drive day-to-day operations for website-related requests, partnering with internal teams, and external creative/digital agency partners 
  • Own agendas and meeting cadences for project meetings (kick-offs, creative review, backlog grooming) 
  • Monitor website budget and scope. Support procurement submission and paperwork.
  • Serve as the central hub of information on launches, identify redundancies and drive efficiency among cross-functional teams 
  • Partner with many teams including; product marketing, strategy, brand, internal product teams, comms, legal, and policy teams to scale pages/updates 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Superior organization and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt plans through change 
  • Experience in a fast-paced working environment with a proven track record of managing multiple projects
  • Experience working with different types of CMS, a plus 
  • Some knowledge of web infrastructure & operational efficiencies along w/ on-page optimization 
  • Experience working with Agile project methodology 
  • Strong interpersonal & communications skills to engage and influence team members across all levels of the organization 
  • Desire to drive improvement, not settle for the status quo. 
  • Capable of connecting the dots at a high level, comfortable identifying and solving problems while maintaining forward progress 
  • Capacity to work well under pressure 
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically and make recommendations, not just execute
  • Project or program management experience, training, or certification a plus 
  • Project and agency management experience is a plus 
  • Digital analytics, Email marketing/demand gen., and/or SEO experience is a big plus 
  • Strong production management pre and post is a plus

Additional information

California Compensation Information

California compensation for this opportunity ranges between $121,000 and $126,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and market location.

Hybrid Workplace Guidelines

Sia Partners maintains its hybrid workplace arrangements for all consultants and provides a flexible workplace environment that is driven by client and business/market needs. While our firm does support hybrid work, there are times that may require our consultants to work onsite at Sia or a client full-time. Consultants are expected to have the ability to be flexible with work location depending upon needs. When in-between client engagements, Consultants typically work onsite at a local office 2+ times per week.
