You will lead project delivery, drive requirements and process design, support system and data modernization efforts, and ensure measurable business outcomes for clients.

This role is ideal for someone who has hybrid PM + BA skills, is detail-oriented yet strategic, and can support both operational and technology-driven programs.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment across business units, IT, vendors, and executive sponsors.
  • Develop project documentation: project plans, RAID logs, roadmaps, dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, sprint ceremonies, decision logs, and communication plans.

Business Analysis & Process Optimization

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct current-state assessments and build future-state process maps, workflows, and operating models.
  • Analyze business processes and identify optimization, automation, or modernization opportunities.
  • Support solution evaluation, vendor assessments, RFPs, and cost/benefit analyses.

Technology & Data Support

  • Collaborate with technical teams on system design, configurations, integrations, and testing.
  • Support data-related workstreams including reporting, visualization, quality analysis, and operational KPIs.
  • Perform root-cause analysis, issue identification, and recommendations to enhance system reliability and user experience.
  • Help translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure solutions meet operational goals.

Consulting & Client Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor on project execution and business operations.
  • Support development of deliverables, communication decks, and executive-level presentations.
  • Contribute to business development activities including proposals, SOWs, and capability materials.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal practice-building initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or consulting roles.
  • Prior experience in management consulting (client-facing, project-based, structured problem solving).
  • Strong PM fundamentals: planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight.
  • Proven ability to document clear, structured business and functional requirements.
  • Experience with process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, ARIS).
  • Comfortable working in technical environments, collaborating with IT, product, data, or engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis using Excel, PowerBI/Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication abilities—written, verbal, and executive-facing.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred

  • Experience in Energy, Utilities, Transportation, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or industrial/asset-heavy industries preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
  • Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, EAM, GIS, CRM, Field Services, or similar).
