Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Manager to join our Business and Digital Transformation (BDT) practice. This is an exciting opportunity to lead critical workstreams on complex transformation programs, deliver high-quality solutions for clients, and help grow our consulting business.

As a Manager, you will play a key role in project delivery, client relationship development, and the coaching and leadership of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of workstreams or small-to-medium transformation projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with client goals.
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs, delivering exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Provide strategic and operational advice to clients on business and digital transformation challenges.
  • Support business development activities, including contributing to proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Manage and develop junior consultants, creating a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, to bring fresh perspectives to clients.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives to grow the Business and Digital Transformation practice and enhance our consulting capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in management consulting or relevant industry roles, with a strong focus on transformation and change initiatives.
  • Experience delivering digital, operational, or organizational change programs.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to structure and present complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience leading and developing small project teams.
  • Commercial mindset, with an eagerness to contribute to business growth and practice development.
