Job description

We are currently recruiting for Graduate Management Consultants to join our growing ANZ Hub through our Sia Graduate Program.    

This is a permanent full-time position offering a 12-month Graduate Development Program.

At Sia Partners, you will support organisations in their development of strategy, new models of operating, business transformation, selecting and maximising value in technology investments, reducing costs and improving performance.

Working closely with our experienced consulting team, your input will help develop workable, pragmatic solutions which provide a lasting impact. The fresh perspectives you create will help challenge the status quo and introduce new ways of thinking.

Bring your ambition and expertise to work with iconic organisations in the resources, transport, logistics, health and aged care, tourism, financial services, government, utilities, technology, and not-for-profit sectors.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Be in your final year or a recent graduate from an Australian university.
  • Have a strong academic track record and demonstrated extracurricular interests.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment and be able to solve complex problems in a structured way.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, reasoning, judgement, and numerical skills.
  • Have a positive attitude, creativity, drive, and the ability to think resourcefully.
  • Exhibit strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Have advanced skills with the MS Office suite.

To be eligible for consideration you must be an Australian citizen or have current unrestricted working rights within Australia.

Location

This position is located at our Perth CBD office.
