  • Develop, refine, validate, and manage program and workstream plans as well as the coordination of all internal and external resources required to complete assigned projects to ensure on time and on budget delivery of technology initiatives.
  • Support the Senior IT Project Manager/Program Manager by coordinating project schedules and activities, track project spending, and ensure all project tasks are documented appropriately and completed on time.
  • Work with business (client) stakeholders and Senior IT Project Manager/Program Manager to coordinate meeting schedules across the workstreams.
  • Assist in the preparation of program meeting materials and presentations.
  • Analyze processes, identify potential risks within the project/workstreams, proactively manage issues and resolves problems, and make recommendations for optimizing resources and ensuring task completion.
  • Monitor and summarize progress of projects and manage project planning and status meetings.
  • Compile and provide timely, concise project status, issue, and spending reports for management.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the project and build consensus among multiple functional / business leads relative to project scope, task execution, staffing, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct effective meetings
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality and timely deliverables.
  • Perform subject matter research and business analysis.
  • Assist in the coordination and development of client proposals.
  • Support practice, thought leadership, and people development.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Information Technology, Business or a related discipline.  Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager within a PMO.
  • Strong familiarity with MS Project and SharePoint.
  • Working knowledge of network, telecommunications, collaboration, client, server, storage, network, security, database, and Web technologies is required.
  • Working knowledge of Public Cloud Hosting is required.
  • Working knowledge of available commercial-off-the-shelf software solutions, tools, technical standards, and integration techniques.
  • Deep understanding of both waterfall and agile System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, techniques, and tools.
  • Life Sciences industry experience including prior experience implementing GxP (including GmP) systems a plus.
  • PMI or PMP certification a plus.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certification a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to be persuasive and assertive.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Visio, Project, & PowerPoint; must have excellent Excel skills
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to identify and manage priorities.
  • Ability to see the big picture and the importance of this role in the team.
  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently.
  • Self-directed and uses judgment to proactively seek guidance from management or update status to management.  A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Based in Philadelphia, PA and eligible to work in the United States
