As a Business Process Improvement Consultant, you will work on:
Optimizing processes to help achieve an organization's strategic goals
Defining the scope of the processes to be optimized
Facilitating work sessions to develop, measure and document current and future processes
Analyzing business and operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains using recognized analysis methods;
Supporting clients in the implementation of a continuous improvement approach;
Supporting change management activities, namely: analysis of organizational impacts and realization of activities and aligning process optimization with the strategic objectives of an organization
In addition, within the framework of the firm's internal activities, your participation will focus on the following areas
The development or strengthening of our offers through training, working groups, dissemination of internal and external support;
The publication policy (sector blogs, studies, press publications);
The development of the firm by participating in various commercial and visibility actions
You have a university degree in business administration, management information systems or any other related discipline. You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in business process optimization.
The candidate we are looking for is:
Mastering the techniques and tools of process mapping
Skilled in facilitating work groups
Familiar with Lean Six Sigma approaches and tools
Mastering MS-Office and Visio tools
Able to make quality decisions, as well as to influence, mobilize, convince and initiate change.
Showing excellent listening skills, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
LEAN, Six Sigma, Green Belt, Black Belt certified (an asset)
Fluency in French and English is essential.
You must be located in the Ottawa/Gatineau area.
