Job description

As an Associate Manager within Financial Services at Sia, you lead critical workstreams on complex engagements across banking, capital markets, wealth and asset management, and risk and compliance. You partner closely with clients to translate regulatory, operational, and strategic challenges into practical, implementable solutions that drive measurable impact.

In this role, you balance hands-on delivery with people and client leadership, overseeing day-to-day execution, coaching consultants, and ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables. Associate Managers are trusted contributors in client discussions and play a key role in shaping engagement direction, building long-term client relationships, and supporting the growth of Sia’s Financial Services practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day execution of client engagements, owning workstreams from planning through delivery

  • Translate complex business, regulatory, and operational requirements into clear, actionable deliverables

  • Manage project timelines, priorities, and risks to ensure high-quality, on-time outcomes

  • Serve as a key point of contact in for clients, supporting effective communication and issue resolution

  • Review and refine team deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and executive-ready quality

  • Coach and mentor consultants, providing guidance, feedback, and development support

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape engagement direction and contribute to client discussions

  • Apply industry and functional expertise to develop practical, implementable solutions

  • Support proposal development, thought leadership, and internal initiatives that contribute to practice growth

  • Promote strong team culture, accountability, and adherence to Sia’s values and delivery standards

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field. (Master's preferred)

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or financial services.

  • Prior experience in Project Management in a client-facing project role 

  • Strong understanding of one or more of the following:

    • Capital Markets

    • Wealth & Private Banking

    • Corporate or Transaction Banking

    • Cash & Liquidity Management

    • Treasury or Financial Markets

    • Asset Management

    • Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory Change

    • Payments & Fintech 

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and basic data analytics tools.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Annual base salary starting at $135,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications + Annual performance based discretionary bonus
