Sébastien joined Sia Partners in 2017 after 10+ years experience in consulting and entrepreneurship. He graduated from ESSEC Business School in 2007.
During his career, Sébastien has supported several mergers in the insurance, retail and banking sectors, on all HR aspects of these operations (labor relations, individual and collective support, alignment of HR policies and procedures...).
He also supports his clients in the management of cultural transformations, particularly on the subjects of new ways of working and social responsibility (gender equality & diversity, Work-Life Balance and employee commitment, etc.).
For the past 2 years, Sébastien has been preparing and animating the main event dedicated to the professionalization of Human Resources management in the public sector in France. This cycle of events brings together, in both live and webinar formats, several hundred professionals and top speakers on topics such as management through uncertainty, the role of HR in transformation and, more broadly, HR performance.
