Katrien Watteyne

Katrien joined the firm as an Associate Partner in September 2020 after having worked for 14 years in consulting at Accenture. She has obtained a masters degree in business administration at the Catholic University of Namur (bachelor) and Leuven (master). 

Katrien has cultivated expertise in different sectors such as Chemicals and Manufacturing and Utilities, Grid & Retail where she led many projects relating to her expertise: organization design, process optimization and automation, design thinking, project audit & recovery, retail merchandising & pricing, IT implementation, digital design - road mapping and scaling.

She is proficient in managing end-to-end organizational and digital transformations. She is currently project manager of a strategic organizational and IT transformation program impacting all functions (buying, logistics, sales & marketing, finance) at a leading Belgian department store chain.
