Jean Frédéric joined Sia Partners in 2010 after working with several major integrators, management consulting firms and publishers. He worked in the roles of Partner and Development Director. He has more than 25 years of professional experience with an ECE and EMBA from EDHEC.

Jean Frédéric has strong expertise in the Financial Services sector. He has worked with major groups such as AXA, Allianz, Société Générale, BNPP, Caisse des Dépôts and La Banque Postale in auditing, transformation management, function outsourcing, regulatory compliance, post-acquisition, operating margin improvement, and in the integration and deployment of use cases based on Data Science. At Sia Partners, he leads the internal Retail Banking, Banking Innovation and Wealth Management working groups.
