Carolann was the founder of E2E Business Transformation, now acquired by Sia Partners, where she operated a successful boutique Business Transformation firm for 8 years with about 30 consultants providing services in change management, organizational effectiveness assessments, strategic planning, leadership development, organizational design, operating model design/redesign and business and technology program/project management and delivery.
Carolann brings over 25 years of management consulting experience and client value delivery. She has been proud to deliver creative and pragmatic solutions and has built excellent relationships with many clients in the Energy & Utilities, Banking, Transportation, Government, and Tourism sectors.
